Your request will apply to all accounts linked to your social security number. You may change your instruction any time in the future by calling 1-800-775-1889. If you have already informed us of your privacy preference you do not need to contact us again. We are also permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to government entities in response to subpoenas, and to to credit reporting agencies. Additionally, we provide information to third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us.
