A solution for high volume customers

$3 maintenance fee, plus $.10 for each item paid; fees for items deposited are $.06 on-us, $.08 in-state, and $.10 out-of-state. Credit against your monthly service charge is based on average available balance during statement cycle. Customers may receive an image statement for an additional $3 per month.
